Uniarts Helsinki’s Open University offers a versatile selection of studies in music, fine arts, theatre and dance in spring 2021. There are numerous online courses available, as well. The course selection can be browsed in the Open Campus course calendar by field of study, programme and keyword.

The course selection in the spring term includes studies in performance coaching, art theory, history of popular music, music theatre directing, among many other themes. There are also online language courses available.

Some of the studies are integrated into regular university teaching, and on these courses, Open University students study alongside Uniarts Helsinki’s degree students.

To lend a helping hand to the cultural sector that is currently in a tough spot due to the COVID-19 epidemic, Uniarts Helsinki will offer unemployed and laid-off people the opportunity to complete studies at Uniarts Helsinki’s Open University free of charge in spring 2021. During the 2021 spring term, there will also be a quota for Uniarts Helsinki’s alumni who can complete entrepreneurship and career skills studies free of charge. Read more about the fee waiver.
