Because it’s my HOME
In this concert, the children of the Ukrainian Kalambur theatre who have fled to Finland and Poland will tell you about the war.
The hall of the concert has been changed. The new hall is Black Box. Tickets marked with the Camerata-hall are valid to the concert as such.
The performance contains loud sounds and flashing lights. The performance is not suitable for children.
In addition to the actors of the theatre, Ukrainian award-winning actor Daniil Khimenko will also take the stage. The musical design of the concert was created by violist Vuokko Lahtinen, and the concert also includes a number of her dear friends.
The repertoire includes Ukrainian, Western European and American music and improvisation with live electronics.
“Everyone of us loves their home regardless of where it is and what it is like. Home is our first memory. Home is our connection with past generations and the foundation of self-identity. Our performance is a tribute to the home. These are real stories about children, stories that are united by one pain and love, one home – Ukraine.” (Svitlana Goncharova)
The concert is organised in co-operation with the Ukrainian Association in Finland.
