Discover new paths at the Open University – apply to summer 2023 courses by 20 April

Uniarts Helsinki’s Open University offers a versatile selection of studies in music, fine arts, theatre and dance as well as studies in entrepreneurship and career skills that are suited for the arts sector – also during the summer.

Studies at the Open University are a great opportunity for seeing what university-level studies in the arts are like, expanding professional skills or discovering a new inspiring activity in the arts under the tutelage of the best possible experts. Application period for the Open University’s summer 2023 courses is from 30 March to 20 April 2023. Make sure to also check for possible course-specific application deadlines.

In summer 2023, you can study opera singing, role building as an actor, voice usage, jazz singing and directing a scene at the Open University. The selection also includes studies in arts pedagogy as well as entrepreneurship and career skills in the arts.

Uniarts Helsinki’s Seinäjoki Unit will offer Sibelius Academy summer courses in June-August, as has been a tradition already for a few years: Sibis Jazz Camp in June, piano summer academy by Teppo Koivisto, and a conducting master class by Atso Almila in August.
