Kuva/Tila
Kuva/Tila is the venue for exhibitions, performances and other events of Uniarts Helsinki’s Academy of Fine Arts. The artists are students, teachers, alumni, and visiting artists.

The spacious Kuva/Tila gallery on the ground floor of Mylly is full of light. It covers almost 750 square metres and can be used for a variety of purposes. Kuva/Tila was opened in 2021. The space makes it possible for artists to present all sorts of works and projects. It facilitates experimentations of various kinds.
The large exhibition space is almost eight metres high, and the seven massive windows give passers-by in the street a view of the exhibitions. The smaller gallery space includes two black boxes, which can be used, for example, to present video works.
The exhibitions may sometimes spread to the other floors of the building. In such cases, please follow the signage.
You can access the galleries through the entrance on Sörnäisten rantatie.
