Waves where the Light Dawns

String orchestra contemporary music concert, with poetry by Edith Södergran.

Conductors Elisar Riddelin and Mateusz Gwizdałła join soloist Miikka Taipale and actor Juho Rantonen to create a concert that weaves together music for contemporary string orchestra and the spoken word. The musical and poetic intertwine around experiences of loss and grief, and form perspectives within and without.
