Ticket Sales

Ticket prices with service fees are available on the Sibelius Academy website. No service fee will be charged if you buy your ticket from the Helsinki Music Centre ticket sales office in person. Service fees will be applied to pre-booked purchases via the Ticketmaster website, as well as to purchases made at full-service sales points, via the phone service, or all of which will be collected at any of the sales points (including Helsinki Music Centre):

Basic service fee:
Ticket price (€) 0–10.00:  €1.00 per ticket
Ticket price (€) 10.01–20.00: €2.50 per ticket
Ticket price (€) 20.01–40.00: €3.00per ticket
Ticket price (€) 40.01–50.00: €3.50 per ticket
Ticket price (€) 50.01–: €4.00 per ticket

Reservation fee €2.00 per ticket
Postage in Finland €10.00 per order
Postage to outside of Finland €40.00 per order
Collection from a Lippukauppa outlet €1.50–5.50 per ticket

Ticket sales at the Helsinki Music Centre are open:
9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon-Fri), 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Sat), and one hour prior to the start of the concert

A 20% discount for pre-purchased Sibelius Academy concert tickets will be offered to holders of a Helsinki Card.

Due to the technical structures of the halls, tickets for wheelchair-accessible seats at the Helsinki Music Centre cannot be sold on the day of the concert. Instead, they must be booked and/or purchased in advance.

Wheelchair accessible seats in Sibelius Academy’s Helsinki Music Centre halls:

Sonore
Two wheelchair-accessible seats plus two seats for possible attendants (seats 112–114 and 130–132).

Camerata
Two wheelchair-accessible seats plus two seats for possible attendants (seats 149–152).

Black Box
Four wheelchair-accessible seats on the top level of the seating area.

Wheelchair-accessible seats always hold “Varattu” (Reserved) signs. If the seats are not sold, they can be released for concert visitors with a University of the Arts Helsinki membership certificate or for regular customers 30 minutes prior to the concert.

If your group includes several wheelchair users, other persons whose mobility is impaired or persons with other special needs, we encourage you to contact us in advance so that we can serve you in the best possible manner (the contact details of concert producers are available on the University of the Arts Helsinki website under More information on the concert).

The Helsinki Music Centre’s charge for its cloakroom service Is €2 euros per customer. The cloakroom is free for children under the age of 12 (one child per an adult’s cloakroom charge).

The paid cloakroom opens on concert days two hours before the start of the concert and stays open until the centre closes. At other times and at your own risk, you may leave your coat on the unsupervised coat racks.

The cloakroom charge can be paid using the machines located next to the lifts at the Mannerheimintie main entrance and in the main foyer. Alternatively, cloakroom tickets can be purchased from the ticket office of the Helsinki Music Centre or (exact change only) from the cloakroom staff.
