Research Pavilion

In the Nightfall is an event-like and changing multitemporal and -spatial installation between the cemetery and the sea by artist and lecturer Maiju Loukola. The installation is also an end-of-life escorting of a four-year artistic research project Floating Peripheries – mediating the sense of place (1.9.20217–31.8.2021) as it is seen off to its final rest by the artist and her colleagues, individually invited to nightfall dialogues during the final month.

Research Pavilion #4: Helsinki

Fine arts, concerts, performances, workshops and discussions with an inquiring mindset – welcome to the Uniarts Helsinki Research Pavilion to see and experience what artistic research is all about. Previously arranged in connection with the Venice Biennale, this time the Pavilion will gather artist-researchers to Hietsu in Helsinki.

Uniarts Helsinki’s fourth Research Pavilion will be organised with the support of the Louise and Göran Ehrnrooth Foundation.
