*the work will never be final, it will go on
‘here for a moment (it may change)’ is both a show and a practice that grow when given space to happen.
it starts from acknowledging what is here.
it accumulates layers and gains volume when revisited.
the possibilities are innumerable. what is happening is always singular and will never happen again.
let’s look at this moment.
here is Vapaan Taiteen Tila. above is Katri Valan park. all around is Sörnäinen. the performance consists in leaving room for the body to get to know the environment. it is about sensing, about seeing, about letting one’s own skin be touched by the skin of the place.
at the end (the end?), what happens is not really a performance. what happens is real. yet it is a performance ; performing for widening one’s experiences as a body. performing for approaching a sense of what it is to be with you, here for a moment (it may change).
it is about playing, seriously playing, here and now, always a bit on the edge, about to fail… what else can be done but moving forward?
what if the final work would never end?
will you stay a bit longer?

We may explore through writing, drawing, moving and spoken words – open to everybody – meeting at Vapaan Taiteen Tila. we may practice both indoor and outdoor.
