The centrepiece of this concert is a new commissioned work by percussionist and composer Tim Ferchen for vibraphone solo and percussion ensemble, written for Echo Percussion. The programme includes earlier gems from the percussion repertoire by composers such as Bob Becker and William Cahn, who were members of the legendary Nexus percussion ensemble.
