A life-long journey with Bach’s Solo Cello Suites
International cello artist Erkki Rautio performs J. S. Bach’s Cello Suites No. 1, 3 and 5.
From the 29th of November Covid-19 passport is required at Music Hall concerts after 5 p.m as well as from the audience of the paid concerts of the R-building on December 5, 2021 from 5 p.m. If you do not have a Covid-19 pass and have purchased a ticket for a concert after 5pm at the Music Hall, you have the right to return your ticket. At Sibelius Academy, Rautio taught cello for nearly 30 years and also served as the rector. Rautio will celebrate his 90th birthday this autumn.
